2. Must reside in the Rochester, NY. area. Monitor will not be shipped.

3. Must pick up monitor.

4. Must be at least 18 years of age.

5. Must have a valid e-mail address.

6. Can only register once.

7. Drawing will be Drawing December 5th 2008 and will have a video on website of drawing.

8. Winner will be contacted by phone and e-mail.

9. Winner will be  announced on website.
